1 sweet potato, cut into wedges
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp chili powder
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a shallow baking dish or pan, toss the sweet potatoes wedges in a bit of oil to lightly coat. Mix together the seasonings in a small bowl, then sprinkle over the potatos and toss to coat. Roast until wedges are baked through and slightly browned.
