Pumpkin Puff Pancakes

Stir together:
1 c. flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp nutmeg

In a large bowl, whisk:
2 large eggs
2 T melted butter

Add:
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. plain yogurt
2 T sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla

Blend in dry ingredients just till evenly moistened. Drop by heaping tablespoons into a hot, greased griddle. When firm and lightly browned, flip and cook the other side. Serve warm with maple syrup, grilled sliced bananas, and fresh raspberries.
